How can I access the list of trainers on Rambody?

Answer

Rambody is designed to connect trainers to their own trainees via the app. It facilitates the interaction between the two by providing online tools and technology. In order to get a workout or nutrition plan you need to have your own trainer’s ID which means you must know your trainer prior to using Rambody and be sure about their abilities and expertise. Rambody does not provide a list of qualified trainers. All the trainers around the world with different backgrounds and languages can utilize Rambody for their online business.

Are the workout/ nutrition plans pre-made and generic?

Answer

No. It is the trainer’s responsibility to design a custom-made plan according to each trainee’s body analysis and his/ her goal after the trainer receives a request for a specific plan on Rambody.

I have sent a request for a plan to my trainer but have not received a plan yet. What should I do?

Answer

As mentioned on request a plan tap on the application, Rambody only provides trainers and trainees a platform which they can use to interact and has no responsibilities whatsoever regarding how this interaction goes. You can send additional messages to your trainer via the built-in chat feature on Rambody though.

As a trainer, how can I get paid for the plans I provide my trainees with?

Answer

You can provide your trainees with different payment methods and give them details on how to proceed with the payments. As of now, all payments should be done outside of the application.

I am a trainer. How can I register on Rambody?

Answer

You should download Trainers' Rambody from App Store or Google Play and install it on your device. After signing up and completing and confirmation of your profile, you will have an exclusive page on the website and a profile with a unique ID on Rambody application.

How can I make workout/ nutrition plans?

Answer

You can visit our website tutorials page and learn how to create a workout or a nutrition plan.

How do I add clients and send customized workout plans to them?

Answer

You are assigned a unique ID that you can advertise on different social media accounts or give to your clients directly. Your clients then, by clicking on the link you provided, will install Rambody trainee’s app and then they can see a list of plans offered by you. If they have your ID, they can download the trainees app and by searching your ID on the app, they will be directed to your page in which they can see all the plans with their prices offered by you.

How do I add my own custom-made exercise to the application?

Answer

Rambody has +1500 exercises on its database and the number is constantly growing. If you cannot find a specific exercise on Rambody, you can add your own custom-made exercise to your own private database that is accessible only to you and your trainees.

Are my custom-made exercises visible to all trainers on Rambody?

Answer

No, your custom-made exercises are only visible to you and your trainees.

How can I have an exclusive web page for myself on Rambody?

Answer

As soon as you are confirmed as a registered trainer on Rambody, a webpage link with your unique ID is provided to you.

How much do I have to pay Rambody for the services it provides me as a trainer?

Answer

Rambody application is totally free for all the trainers to use and grow their online business.

Can I edit or update workout or nutrition plans after I send them to the trainees?

Answer

Yes, before each plan expires, you are able to edit or update the plan.

Can I use Rambody to give free workout/ nutrition plans to my clients?

Yes. All the payments are done off the application. It is ultimately you who decides to accept or decline a request on Rambody and you can do it free of charge!

I have registered on Rambody Trainers' app. How long does it take for my profile to be confirmed?

Answer

If all the requirements are provided on the profile tab, your profile will be confirmed in the next 24 hours.

24 hours have passed but my profile is not confirmed yet. What should I do?

Please check if you have completed all the requirements on the profile tab. You can also send an email to our support team.

How does Rambody make money if it is free?

Answer

Rambody is totally free to use for all trainers around the world. There is no fee whatsoever for using Rambody as a trainer. Rambody may charge for future additional features and also for customized apps it provides trainers or gyms. Our main objective is universal and widespread use of online tools for the fitness industry. After all, the future is online.

I am not a professional trainer. Is it possible for me to register on Rambody?

Answer

No, Rambody is designed to be used by professional trainers who have valid certificates indicating their ability to design workout/ nutrition plans. The profile of those who fail to meet the requirements will be deactivated.

Do I have to upload my certificates on Rambody?

Answer

It is not mandatory to upload any certificates. If the evaluating team feels the need to see the certificates though, you will be notified to upload them.

How do I advertise myself with Rambody?

You can share the link of your exclusive web page provided by Rambody on different social media accounts for all your followers to see and share your ID with them and encourage them to buy workout/ nutrition plans through Rambody. Our statistics suggest trainers using Rambody to grow their business online have witnessed a 50% growth in their income just in the first 3 months.
